Akontec operates a two-sided model: client companies on one side who need operations delivered, and BPO service providers on the other who deliver it. We hold the client contract, set the standard, and route volume to the partner workspaces best placed to serve it.

Alongside conventional staffed campaigns we build and run AI-delivered projects across a fixed set of solution domains — eCommerce, mobility, finance, franchise, healthcare, real estate, SaaS sales and travel. AI FranchiseOps is the franchise line, and it is offered to partner service providers on the terms set out across this site.

What we will not do is sell an outcome we cannot control. Volume varies, franchisors restructure, and quality has to be earned each month. Every page here is written on that basis.
