A short, specific policy. We collect what you type into the enquiry form and use it to reply to you.
This policy explains how Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd (“Akontec”, “we”) handles personal information collected through franchise.akontec.com.
What we collect
Only what you submit through the enquiry form: company name, your name, work email, phone, city, the size of your operation, your reason for enquiring, your answer on supervisor availability, and any message you write. We also record the project code and the date and time of submission. Our server keeps standard access logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and diagnostics.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration, assess fit for the project, and communicate with you about it. We rely on your consent, given when you tick the consent box, and on our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
Who sees it
Akontec's partner desk and delivery team. Our email service provider processes the message in transit. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser as a technical necessity of serving the font file.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from last contact, then deleted, unless we have entered into an agreement with you, in which case contractual retention applies.
Your choices
Write to support@akontec.com to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, to withdraw consent, or to have it deleted. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Transport encryption on submission, access limited to the people who need it, and standard server hardening. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.
