Onboarding

Twenty-four days from signature to live.

Five stages, each with named deliverables and a sign-off. Compare it against the forty-five to sixty days a conventional franchise desk takes to reach full production — and note that no hiring appears anywhere in it.

  1. Mobilisation  Day 1–4

Akontec: service agreement, NDA and infosec schedule executed; workspace, VPS and helpdesk numbers provisioned; delivery manager, technical owner and billing owner named. You: supervisor nominated, panel roles confirmed, banking and GST details submitted. Sign-off: workspace live and the helpdesk line answering.

  2. Brand capture & knowledge build  Day 4–9

Akontec: the franchisor's rulebook written into the operating spec with every rule traced to a source document; manual, outlet register, catalogue, ticket history and precedent indexed to your workspace. You: nothing yet — this stage is ours. Sign-off: operating spec issued to you, open items listed rather than guessed.

  3. Fleet configuration & evaluation  Day 6–16

Akontec: ten agents scoped, tool-bound, guardrailed and run against replayed historical franchisee tickets; per-agent, per-query-type accuracy reported. You: supervisor completes panel training and the handbook. Sign-off: evaluation report shared, every agent clearing its threshold.

  4. Shadow mode  Day 16–21

Akontec: fleet runs on live franchisee traffic sending nothing; disagreements fed back into rules and knowledge daily. You: supervisor works the full queue against real output and learns the fleet's behaviour at zero risk to the brand. Sign-off: your supervisor confirms they are comfortable releasing.

  5. Graduated release  Day 21–24

Akontec: autonomy released one query type at a time, lowest risk first, each with a named decision recorded. You: clear the queue daily and raise anything that looks wrong. Sign-off: go-live declared; the 45-day allocation clock starts; 90-day supervised support begins.

What can delay it

A franchisor whose SOPs are undocumented or contradictory, missing ticket history, or a supervisor who has not been freed up. All three are visible in week one, and we will say so rather than let the date slip quietly.

What does not delay it

Hiring, seat build-out, dialler provisioning, brand training batches, attrition backfill. None of it exists on this project.

After go-live

Weekly review call for 90 days with your named delivery manager, weekly QC sampling, and the monthly scorecard and payout statement issued together.

Twenty-four days, and no hiring in any of them.

Start with the demo. If the fit is right, mobilisation begins the week the agreement is signed.
